While we pride ourselves on helping you beautify your home, it is now time to work together to protect it and keep our community safe and healthy. FAMSA is deeply committed to our team members and customers and we are closely monitoring the developing situation around COVID-19 and will continue to take all necessary actions to prioritize safety and assure compliance with government mandates or closures.

We want to express our deep gratitude to our teams in Texas and Chicago for their determination and spirit.  What we’re learning together has helped us all develop the best practices as part of our commitment to provide exceptional service to our customers.

  • FAMSA is following CDC recommendations to minimize risk to our customers and our employees. We respectfully ask our customers to use social distancing guidelines while shopping in our stores by allowing at least 6 feet of space between each person.
  • To help stop the spread of germs we advise our customers and employees to:
    • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze.
    • Put your used tissue in a waste basket.
    • If you don’t have a tissue, cough or sneeze into your upper sleeve, not your hands.
  • Our staff is committed to safety and will regularly be disinfecting high touch surfaces and avoiding physical interactions.
  • Per CDC guidelines we will only allow a maximum of 10 people in the store at any given time. We may ask that you wait outside of the store as we manage these expectations.
  • FAMSA’s hours of operation may change as new developments emerge. Please visit our locations page for details per store .
  • We are currently offering NEXT DAY delivery on appliances to serve you better.
  • FAMSA’s delivery services are currently running on schedule. Should we experience any changes we will notify you as soon as possible.
  • FAMSA’s logistics & delivery teams are following the CDC’s best practices at the warehouse, during transit and upon arrival at customers’ homes to help keep you and our employees safe. These preventive measures include sanitizing and cleaning products prior to delivery.
  • If you wish to limit physical contact upon delivery, we respect that and offer no contact curbside service available upon request.
  • If you need to reschedule a delivery or request the curbside option please call your local FAMSA retail store or 866-TU-FAMSA (866-883-2672).
  • FAMSA offers long term financing, putting that new bedroom, living room, kitchen set or other home upgrades within reach with affordable monthly payments. You could qualify for 0% interest for 48 months through Synchrony financial.

  • FAMSA recognizes that some of our customers may be going through financial hardship. FAMSA offers short term personal loans that may ease the burden.
